My Trip to AZ for BBP Boot Camp!

So I finally got on a plane! I swore this was something that I would never in a million years do even if someone paid a million dollars! Now I am so glad I did I LOVE flying!! My favorite part is take off! Its like getting a shot of Demerol...lol WOW! Descending hurt my ears the first two times, it was like I had a horrid ear infection for a few minutes, last time it didn't bother me at all! Valium helped very well1 LOL!!

So Wednesday night me, Michelle, Robin, & Bridget stayed in Cleveland and I got 1 hour of sleep. I was just so pumped I couldn't sleep! So Thursday I was so beat. We landed in Phoenix and had to get rental car and then drive 2 hours to Sedona. I was so glad to check in room and take my shoes off for 10 minutes!! We ate dinner and started our training right away! We had sleep number beds and had been so excited to sleep in them until I woke up Friday morning with horrible back pain and feeling feverish! I was so ready to toss in the towel and go home. After a great shower I felt great!

Friday was packed full of training! After dinner that evening we had a long break until we left for casino! I really needed that personally. I had a damn blast there! I also won $40! So we stopped by a gas station on way back and I go in to get a pack of smokes and paid $7.25 plus tax for one pack!! When we got back to resort i was so wide ass awake...lol

Saturday I woke up and got ready and started more trainings/workshops. In the afternoon we had our second team building exercise, 'Wacky Golf'...we kick ass and came in 1st place!!

Sunday morning I was ready to seriously get home to see my kids! I missed them so much! I been away from the older 3 for a week long while they visited their dad, but never Hunter. That was hard! Thursday evening I called to check on the situation here and when Skyla got on phone I started to cry! Then hearing Hunter in the back ground crying made me want to cry! So when Lee got back on phone I was like um yeah I am not calling home anymore because I will cry...lol

After Boot Camp ended we drove back to Phoenix. We stopped at Applebees and had lunch. Got to our room there and got ready to go SHOPPING! Unfortunately it was Sunday and everything was closing at like 6! We went into a WalMart and it was the biggest damn Walmart I have ever seen! DAMN! We woke up yesterday and drove to airport and I was more than ready to see my kids and husband! I went to bed at 7:30 last night...lol Ohh man was I sleepy as hell!

I am so glad I went! I met some kick ass people. I learned a lot and had a kick ass time!! I am so glad I work for Brown Bag Party! I am filled with energy and ready to kick some ass! I am glad I have 2 parties this weekend!!

If you are looking for something to do part time, or just to get out of the house and be able to go on trips like this, call me and lets get you signed! BBP has opened so many doors for me and there is soo much support. When we all get together we have a kick ass time! (You make 50% ladies and gents!)

I needed to go away for a few days. Being a mom for over 13 years and NEVER going anywhere, it was well needed! It just makes you appreciate what you have at home even more and make you glad you got in the bizz all together!!

The Villain. The Princess. The Truth.

Have you ever been called something you are not? Maybe portrayed as someone you are not either? Well probably most of my adult life I have been portrayed as a "villain." Or rather a "villainess." Now lets review the definition of a villain. Villain - (in a film, novel, or play) a character whose evil actions or motives are important to the plot. (I have played more good guys than villains) Synonyms - criminal, lawbreaker, outlaw, offender, felon, convict, jailbird, malefactor, wrongdoer, black hat, supervillain.. None of those can describe me at all. Each one involves breaking the law of some sort. (Or willing to break the law.) Where as I have just merely spoke how I have felt, all of my life. That does not make me a bad person. I am just quicker than most to say how I feel. Is that bad? Maybe. In some cases, sure. But definitely not a villain. I then started thinking about Disney villains. There are a TON of them. Some even animals. I want to talk about ...

Shea's Dream

This is the short story I wrote and entered into Beginnings. Beginnings is something that Kent State does for students enrolled in the ABLE/GED classes. They take all the short stories, essays, and poems people have wrote and decide which ones are good enough to publish. I was lucky enough to get mine published. On May 10th I get to go to the Ohio Writers Conference in Columbus for an award ceremony, as well as meet some authors. One day I hope to actually turn this into a full book. Once time is on my side again. Enjoy.......                                                                              ...
